The Photographers’ Series.
We’re delighted to announce a new program series. “Be Inspired” was developed by amateur photographer and Valley Arts Board Member, Stan Walker. The seven-session series started October and will be held at the Festival Gallery in Waitsfield on the second Wednesday each month.
Whether you’re a photographer, a lover of photography, or just love the beauty in the world, this series conducted by professional photographers is sure to excite and inspire you. During each session, you’ll see the extraordinary work of an individual photographer. You’ll learn why certain subjects appeal to the photographers, and how each approaches the process of translating what they see through the lens into a two-dimensional piece of art with incredible depth and emotion.
Want to capture the natural beauty around you or a moment of laughter with family? Each session may provide you with kernels of knowledge to help you improve your own work, or even expose you to a new genre that you never thought would excite you. Come meet and be inspired by these amazing artists with cameras.
