Two Grand Openings!
June 18 @ 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join us on Sunday, June 18 for the Grand Opening of the 6th Annual Green Mountain Watercolor Exhibition and the Grand Re-Opening of Lareau Farm’s Red Barn Galleries. Festivities begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5 pm, featuring scissors-wielding Lt. Governor Dave Zuckerman; Girl-George Schenk, standing in for husband Boy-George Schenk, who’s away on an adventure Alaska; Clay Westbrook, President of American Flatbread Company; and Gary Eckhart, President of Valley Arts and nationally recognized watercolor painter.
The brief ribbon-cutting ceremony will be followed by a free, gala reception and public viewing of the renovated barn which this year gained a coveted spot on the National Register of Historic Places – and more, a look at an extraordinary watercolor exhibition. The 6th Annual Green Mountain Watercolor Exhibition has achieved national status and will delight all who view it. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages will be served and a cash wine/beer bar will be available.
So, make some time on Sunday between 5 and 9 pm to come to the Big Red Barn at Lareau Farm/American Flatbread – you’ll be glad you did!
